Rules:

1. No plagiarism. works must be created by Elftowners and posted here by the original creator. You may collab with another on any of the contests.

2. Old work allowed. Old works are allowed in this contest, provided they have not already been submitted to another official Elftown Contest and fit the theme. If your work has been submitted in an unofficial contest, then you are still free to enter it here.

3. Each member may submit two (2) entries per contest.
3.1 Up to three pictures per costume (6 total) may be submitted.

4. Subject matter: Only works that fit the theme will be allowed. Pornography and graphic violence is not allowed.

5. Vote-mongering: Asking people to vote for you is not allowed.

6. Queries: If you have any questions, thoughts or concerns, you can voice them on the comment box here or the Council page. If you believe an entry is stolen, please use the reports function to reduce fallout drama.

Theme and deadline:

The theme is: Halloween! Anything Halloween related!

DEADLINE: 10th November 2020

Up to two entries will be declared winner per contest; one winner will be determined by public vote, and another will be chosen among Council favorite if there are enough entries. Winners will receive a colored badge, participants will receive a green (or upgraded version of) badge.

Uploading directly to a comment-box is probably easier - there should be a little button that says "upload image" right above where you can type.
